Fair Trade Dark Sumatran is an fair trade organic coffee grown in the Gayo Mountain region of Aceh in northern Sumatra. The large, handsome Velvet Roast™ beans (our lightest dark roast) brew a rich cup that is exceptionally smooth, full-bodied and flavorful. This is a great coffee for the afternoon or evening.
Fair Trade Dark Mexican is likewise an organic fair trade coffee from near the village of Putla in the Oaxacan mountains of southern Mexico. Also taken to a Velvet Roast, this organic coffee delivers a mild cup, with a balance of rich flavor and brightness. This fair trade organic coffee is a wonderful morning cup, with a fabulous aroma.
Fair Trade EcoTrade Espresso™ blends three certified organic fair trade coffee from Latin America and Indonesia for a smooth, rich blend with great crema and a little attitude. This blend is delicious as a straight shot, and cuts through the milk nicely in a cappuccino or latte.
Fair Trade Campesino Blend™ combines Velvet roasted Fair Trade Mexican with a moderate portion of very dark French roasted Fair Trade Sumatran organic coffees. In addition to helping the farmers as a fair trade coffee blend, our organic Campesino Blend also supports Coffee Kids©, an international organization that assists coffee growing families, with a donation of $.15 cents per pound. The final cup is aromatic, smooth, yet deeply dimensioned with a crisp, lingering aftertaste. Also available in a Swiss Water© decaf version.
